Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DatingTailors.com (“the Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Identity Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Service.
• You agree to complete identity verification via government-issued ID and live selfie photo, processed by a third-party vendor (e.g., Veriff).
• Your profile photos (and any updates) must match your verified identity. Profiles with images that do not match will be rejected or removed.
• You may not create or use profiles representing anyone but yourself.

3. Photo Submission and Biometric Matching

• All profile images must undergo biometric comparison with your verified identity.
• AI-generated, heavily edited, or misleading photos are strictly prohibited.
• DatingTailors reserves the right to reject, review, or request resubmission for any photo not matching the verification criteria.

4. AI Photo Enhancement

DatingTailors.com uses artificial intelligence to enhance user profile photos for quality, aesthetics, and style. Enhancements may include adjustments to lighting, background, minor blemish removal, or stylistic filters.

• AI enhancement is applied only to photos provided and approved by the user. Enhancements do not create synthetic faces or substantially alter identity features.
• We retain your original, verified images for compliance, dispute resolution, and moderation. You may request removal of enhanced photos or revert to originals at any time.

5. Authenticity and Identity

Profile photos, whether enhanced or original, must accurately represent the verified user. Submitting AI-generated photos not based on your likeness, or photos of anyone else, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

6. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account use or suspected security breaches.

7. User Conduct

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or illegal activities
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spamming, or advertising
• Create fake, deceptive, or AI-generated profiles
• Upload or share unsolicited or explicit material

The platform has the right to remove, suspend, or permanently terminate your account for violations.

8. Content Moderation

• DatingTailors uses AI and human moderation.
• Users can report content or profiles for review.
• Content considered abusive or fraudulent will be removed, and users notified.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including New Mexico’s Data Breach Notification Act.
• All biometric and identity data is handled via encrypted, secure third-party services.
• You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data.

10. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees, payment terms, refund, and cancellation policies are detailed on our Pricing Page.
• Automatic renewal reminders will be sent at least 7 days prior to renewal.
• Users may cancel subscriptions up to 14 days after renewal for a full refund, unless otherwise stated.

11. Intellectual Property

• DatingTailors.com and its contents, algorithms, and technology are proprietary.
• You retain rights to your user-generated content, but grant DatingTailors a limited license to use it for Service operation.
• Unauthorized use of DatingTailors’ content is prohibited.

12. Platform Liability & Disclaimers

• DatingTailors does not guarantee relationship success, nor control offline interactions.
• Platform is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
• Liability is limited to the value paid for Service within the last 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• DatingTailors is protected under the Communications Decency Act, Section 230, but will take action against reported abuse or fraud.

13. Account Termination

• DatingTailors may suspend or delete accounts for policy violations at its sole discretion.
• You may terminate your account at any time and request data deletion.

14. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will attempt resolution via direct communication, followed by mediation in New Mexico if necessary.
• Binding arbitration may be used where permitted by law.
• Class action waivers apply where enforceable.

15. Changes to Terms

• DatingTailors may update these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email and on-site notifications.
• Continued use after updates signals agreement to amended Terms.
